Can I see a rug in store?
Yes. Each product page shows stock per store and size; use “See in store” to book a visit. Items not in store are transferred from our warehouse in 1–2 working days.
How does “Try in my room” work?
Upload a photo of your room or pick a sample room, then drag the four corners of the rug to match the floor perspective. Your photo never leaves your device.
How long does a custom-size rug take?
Custom cutting and edging take about 7 working days. The price is calculated live per m².
How is rug cleaning priced?
A per-m² rate applies by rug type. Stain and odour treatment are extras. Pick-up and delivery are free within Istanbul (demo terms).
How can I track my order?
Enter your order number and the last four digits of your phone on the order tracking page. Demo: IL-24718 / 4521.
Can I return or exchange?
Standard-size rugs can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom-size rugs are made to order and cannot be returned (demo text).
What does shipping cost?
Free shipping over 5,000 TRY; otherwise a flat 290 TRY. Rugs are shipped rolled and wrapped.
Are the origin details of hand-knotted rugs real?
This is a software demo; region, age and knot-count details are sample data. In a real setup, appraisal notes are entered in the admin panel.
